Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required

- Ability to supervise work-study and graduate assistants

Job Duties
- Manage executive schedules and calendars
- coordinate travel arrangements and ensure compliance with travel policies
- organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- process travel requisitions and expense reports
- supervise work-study, work-aid, and graduate assistants
- communicate effectively with vendors, faculty, and staff
- assist in preparing Title III grant applications and internal reports
