Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of five years experience in office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with university systems such as BANNER
  • Experience with electronic document management systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to supervise work-study and graduate assistants
  • Commitment to compliance with federal and university regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage executive schedules and calendars
  • coordinate travel arrangements and ensure compliance with travel policies
  • organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • process travel requisitions and expense reports
  • supervise work-study, work-aid, and graduate assistants
  • communicate effectively with vendors, faculty, and staff
  • assist in preparing Title III grant applications and internal reports
