Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of executive support experience preferably at the C-level
  • demonstrated event planning and management skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication platforms
  • ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • experience in vendor and budget management

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience supporting senior executives including C-level
  • proven experience planning and executing corporate or large-scale events
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and event management tools
  • ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly
  • problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • relationship-building skills with professionalism and warmth
  • creative eye for design and experience-oriented events

Job Duties

  • manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and priorities with precision and foresight
  • draft, edit, and manage correspondence ensuring the CEO's voice and values come through
  • prepare briefing documents, presentations, and follow-ups to support decision-making
  • act as liaison with Board, investors, partners, and internal teams to build trust
  • lead the strategy, planning, and execution of customer-facing and internal events including conferences, trade shows, offsites, and celebrations
  • ensure all events and office initiatives reflect company values, brand, and goals
  • oversee vendors, budgets, contracts, and timelines for events and office projects
  • manage office operations, supplies, and layouts for an organized and functional environment
  • anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and create structure in a dynamic business environment
