Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of executive support experience preferably at the C-level
- demonstrated event planning and management skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication platforms
- ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- experience in vendor and budget management
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience supporting senior executives including C-level
- proven experience planning and executing corporate or large-scale events
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and event management tools
- ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- relationship-building skills with professionalism and warmth
- creative eye for design and experience-oriented events
Job Duties
- manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and priorities with precision and foresight
- draft, edit, and manage correspondence ensuring the CEO's voice and values come through
- prepare briefing documents, presentations, and follow-ups to support decision-making
- act as liaison with Board, investors, partners, and internal teams to build trust
- lead the strategy, planning, and execution of customer-facing and internal events including conferences, trade shows, offsites, and celebrations
- ensure all events and office initiatives reflect company values, brand, and goals
- oversee vendors, budgets, contracts, and timelines for events and office projects
- manage office operations, supplies, and layouts for an organized and functional environment
- anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and create structure in a dynamic business environment
