Job Requirements

  • College degree
  • Experience in hospitality industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills and good judgment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Physical ability to exert effort and remain stationary for extended periods
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Experience with hospitality and residential community software (desirable)

Job Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Fluency in English with strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
  • Advanced skills and experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
  • Ability to remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment
  • Ability to follow directions thoroughly
  • Understanding of customer services and needs
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team

  • Flexibility to work variable hours and assist with events
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest and resort information
  • Experience with residential community software and relevant hospitality management systems (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Assist Vice President/General Manager in managing guest services and guest introductions
  • Monitor and manage daily guest survey and review posting responses
  • Assist with team member, guest, resident, and beach club member communication preparation
  • Arrange meetings and events logistics, venue booking, and material preparation
  • Prepare KPI PowerPoint presentations for Executive Committee
  • Assist with customer journey technology platform enhancements
  • Coordinate enhancements, renovations meetings, and design specifications
  • Manage and provide AcquaDollar/Employee Rewards reports
  • Participate in charity auction event planning and execution
  • Prepare expanse reports for CEO and VP/GM
  • Coordinate executive and ownership meetings and appreciation gatherings
  • Maintain Beach Club membership database and services
  • Assist with donations and gift certificate management
  • Facilitate reservation requests and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies and executive areas
  • Prepare corporate profiles, strategic plans, and brand manuals
  • Procure luxury furniture, fixtures, and equipment items
  • Maintain lease agreement renewals and unit owner records
  • Monitor short term rental activities and legal follow up
  • Respond promptly to incoming communications and follow up on requests
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with departmental policies and standards
  • Accept additional duties as assigned
