Job Requirements
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Good judgment and ability to handle confidential information
- Consistent, reliable attendance
- Ability to work in-person full-time
- Occasional availability for evenings or weekends for deadlines or events
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in an administrative support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- HR experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Support the Vice President with administrative, coordination, and follow-up work
- Help keep routine tasks on schedule including payroll support, onboarding steps, and documentation
- Assist with office, event, and receptionist coverage as needed
- Flag issues early and help prevent problems before they escalate
- Maintain clear and professional communication
- Take initiative and follow through without constant reminders
- Organize and manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy
