Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good judgment and ability to handle confidential information
  • Consistent, reliable attendance
  • Ability to work in-person full-time
  • Occasional availability for evenings or weekends for deadlines or events

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in an administrative support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • HR experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Support the Vice President with administrative, coordination, and follow-up work
  • Help keep routine tasks on schedule including payroll support, onboarding steps, and documentation
  • Assist with office, event, and receptionist coverage as needed
  • Flag issues early and help prevent problems before they escalate
  • Maintain clear and professional communication
  • Take initiative and follow through without constant reminders
  • Organize and manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy
