Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- four to five years of progressive administrative support experience
- ability to work independently
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in personal software packages
- discretion and judgment in handling non-routine situations
- ability to analyze administrative details
- must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- must have ability to effectively represent executives
- must sign Arizona Criminal History Affidavit
- must possess Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card if working at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- four to five years of advanced administrative support experience
- strong organizational and communication skills
- proficiency with business software
- ability to manage multiple projects
- discretion and independent judgment
- experience with drafting correspondence and reports
- preferred associate's degree
- preferred clerical supervision experience
Job Duties
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
- provide meeting minutes and administrative support to senior leadership
- oversee volunteer services program
- draft correspondence and prepare reports
- coordinate communication between departments
- represent executives in meetings when necessary
- hire, train, and direct clerical staff
