Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • four to five years of progressive administrative support experience
  • ability to work independently
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in personal software packages
  • discretion and judgment in handling non-routine situations
  • ability to analyze administrative details
  • must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • must have ability to effectively represent executives
  • must sign Arizona Criminal History Affidavit
  • must possess Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card if working at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • four to five years of advanced administrative support experience
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • proficiency with business software
  • ability to manage multiple projects
  • discretion and independent judgment
  • experience with drafting correspondence and reports
  • preferred associate's degree
  • preferred clerical supervision experience

Job Duties

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
  • provide meeting minutes and administrative support to senior leadership
  • oversee volunteer services program
  • draft correspondence and prepare reports
  • coordinate communication between departments
  • represent executives in meetings when necessary
  • hire, train, and direct clerical staff
