Job Requirements
- Previous experience providing administrative support to an executive
- Ability to represent company and executives professionally
- Track record of problem-solving and anticipating conflicts
- Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently
- Experience prioritizing executive goals
- Capability to manage personal and sensitive information confidentially
Job Qualifications
- Maintain confidentiality of business conversations, correspondence, and records
- Act as liaison between executive, internal staff, managers, and external partners
- Research, draft, and route correspondence and emails
- Sort, scan, and route incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule, plan, and coordinate business and personal trips
- Work with flight department on trip logistics
- Manage travel arrangements including hotel and transportation
- Create and maintain trip itineraries
- Maintain confidential records and bookkeeping
- Obtain approval and execute invoice payments
- Liaise with hotel for meeting space and accommodations
- Act as primary contact for meetings and events
- Assist with personal appointments, reservations, errands, and trips
- Maintain updated contacts and account information
- Use discretion in handling personal matters
