Job Duties

  • plan events like global TACOS recognition celebrations and team off-sites
  • handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • manage travel and logistics for executives
  • own and optimize executive calendars and schedules
  • take meeting notes, track agendas, and handle administrative tasks
  • write and proofread departmental and customer communications
  • collaborate with executive assistants across locations to support a smooth corporate environment
