Job Duties
- plan events like global TACOS recognition celebrations and team off-sites
- handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- manage travel and logistics for executives
- own and optimize executive calendars and schedules
- take meeting notes, track agendas, and handle administrative tasks
- write and proofread departmental and customer communications
- collaborate with executive assistants across locations to support a smooth corporate environment
