Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Technical proficiency with office equipment
  • Excellent judgement and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Teamwork skills
  • At least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years' experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, personal assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Technical proficiency in office related equipment
  • Ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations
  • Ability to perform at a high level of professionalism and exercise the utmost discretion
  • Ability to work independently on projects and under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient in attention to detail and exactitude
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Successful completion of background investigation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO
  • Coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the CEO
  • Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects
  • Maintain department calendars and schedules
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
  • compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Review invoices and route for proper approval
  • Run and process department reports
  • Serves as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
  • Answer main phone lines and route appropriately
  • File necessary paperwork
  • Provide event management support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
