Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical proficiency with office equipment
- Excellent judgement and discretion
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to pass background check
- Teamwork skills
- At least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years' experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, personal assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical proficiency in office related equipment
- Ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations
- Ability to perform at a high level of professionalism and exercise the utmost discretion
- Ability to work independently on projects and under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in attention to detail and exactitude
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Successful completion of background investigation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO
- Coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the CEO
- Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects
- Maintain department calendars and schedules
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- compile documents for travel-related meetings
- Review invoices and route for proper approval
- Run and process department reports
- Serves as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
- Answer main phone lines and route appropriately
- File necessary paperwork
- Provide event management support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
