Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • ability to work flexibly outside standard business hours
  • willingness to travel occasionally to support meetings or events

Job Duties

  • Proactively manage the calendar of the SSG Chief Marketing Officer, serving as a gatekeeper for internal and external meetings
  • coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and geographies
  • attend leadership and staff meetings and track action items for follow up
  • exercise sound judgment in executive decision making
  • arrange travel for customer and business meetings
  • prepare, submit, review, approve, and reconcile expense reports following company policies
  • maintain strong understanding of Lenovo tools, systems, and policies
  • educate the executive on policy updates including spend limits and city caps
  • support event operations including vendor oversight and budget management
  • coordinate global and executive-level event logistics such as room blocks, badges, speaker content, and messaging alignment
  • collaborate on event performance reporting and post-event communications
  • manage logistics for leadership workshops, team events, and off-site meetings
  • create, update, and format PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials
  • draft and edit routine communications including emails and memos
  • assist extended leadership team members with administrative duties
  • maintain awareness of organizational structure and key stakeholders
  • work effectively in a global, matrixed environment
  • maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • mentor administrative assistants
  • continuously learn and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency
