Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior administrative experience preferred
- ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- capability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach overhead or below knees

Job Duties
- provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- act as point of contact for clients and vendors
- liaise between Sales Office and clients during pre-event, event, and post-event phases
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- maintain professional appearance and communication
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
