Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior administrative experience preferred
  • ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • capability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach overhead or below knees
  • strong attention to detail
  • effective problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • experience in hospitality or customer service environments preferred
  • familiarity with event coordination processes

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • act as point of contact for clients and vendors
  • liaise between Sales Office and clients during pre-event, event, and post-event phases
  • ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • maintain professional appearance and communication
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
