Job Requirements

  • Associate degree required
  • valid driver’s license from an accredited issuing body
  • ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree

Job Duties

  • Coordinate calendars and manage the Volunteer front desk
  • order supplies and interact with physicians and visitors
  • complete surveys and reports while maintaining regulatory requirements
  • record meeting minutes and handle telephone calls
  • sort mail
  • supervise administrative assistants and maintain personnel records
  • process travel expenses and plan internal campus events
  • develop event concepts and themes, creating detailed event plans and timelines
  • coordinate with vendors for supplies, catering, and decorations
  • secure venues and arrange logistics for events
  • prepare and manage event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • design and distribute promotional materials, communicating event details to staff and participants
  • collaborate with various departments, HR, and marketing for smooth execution and promotion of events
  • perform other duties as assigned
