Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings preferred
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Ability to supervise and engage students in various activities
- Proactive awareness of surroundings
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols

Job Duties
- Plan and deliver after-school activities in sports, art, dance, theatre, martial arts, and urban gardening
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for elementary and middle school students
- Collaborate with staff to ensure safety and engagement during excursions and activities
- Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to encourage participation and teamwork
- Maintain equipment and materials used for activities
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support student development
- Troubleshoot issues and adapt activities to meet student needs and interests
