Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience as a CNA (license preferred but not required)
- at least 3 years of caregiving or leadership experience
- strong communication skills
- problem-solving skills
- mentoring skills
- familiarity with in-home care practices and scheduling
- ability to work independently
- reliable vehicle
- valid driver’s license
- valid insurance
- physically able to assist clients
- must pass a thorough background check
- minimum age of 19 years
Job Qualifications

- at least 3 years of caregiving or leadership experience

Job Duties
- provide 20-35 hours/week of in-home care to clients
- lead new caregiver orientations and hands-on training
- support caregivers during their first 30-90 days on the job
- serve as a role model and point of contact for field staff
- collaborate with the office team to support operations up to 10 office hours/week
- participate in on-call rotation and help cover open shifts as needed
- maintain compliance with all company training and care standards
- attend team meetings and communicate caregiver training plans
