Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing a large and dynamic operation preferably in an airline or airline partner environment
- Experience managing management employees
- Ability to manage airport operations independently
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced operational environment
- Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver's license
- Flexible schedule availability to provide oversight to a 24 hour per day 7 days per week operation including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to pass all pre-screening clearances including fingerprinting, background check, and drug screen

- Demonstrates calm and professional demeanor during high volume or irregular operations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and drive for excellence
- Organization and planning skills
- Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver's license
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach others
- Flexible schedule availability to provide oversight to a 24/7 operation including weekends and holidays
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Willingness to live in the Newark area, relocation assistance available
Job Duties
- Lead the Hub team in achieving operational performance goals within a safe and caring environment
- Provide direction to the management team to ensure proper staffing levels and superior customer service
- Build and maintain a positive work environment with effective employee relations
- Oversee operational compliance, audits, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Model calm and professional demeanor during high volume or irregular operations
- Coach and guide for performance improvement and quality standards
- Collaborate with Business Administration Manager on staffing schedules and training
- Ensure safe, dependable, and efficient work practices
- Oversee documentation and correction of injuries, incidents, accidents, and customer service issues
- Comply with all safety, security, and customer service standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
