Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings
  • Must meet requirements to obtain and retain security sensitive identification badge
  • Must complete all training and maintain certification through employment
  • Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver’s license
  • Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Previous radio/phone dispatch experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and communicate verbal and written instructions in English
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks making independent decisions
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach others
  • Goal-directed leader demonstrating service-oriented performance
  • Familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and drive for operational excellence
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and communicate employee work assignments based on operational needs
  • Make independent decisions on employee work assignments and locations
  • Direct employee work assignments professionally and courteously
  • Issue direct orders to agents refusing assignments while maintaining professionalism
  • Respond promptly to telephone and radio communications
  • Complete daily reporting thoroughly, accurately, and timely
  • Project a positive image when responding to inquiries
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, overtime, late nights, and early mornings
