Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- At least three years of management experience
- At least one year managing supervisors or operational leaders
- At least one year of operational aviation experience
- Strong project management experience
- Detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks making independent operational decisions
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach others
- Must be a goal-directed leader demonstrating service-oriented performance
- Familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Teams
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
Job Qualifications

- One year of operational aviation experience

- Associate's degree in general studies preferred
- Familiarity with United Airlines systems preferred
- Previous dispatch experience in transportation or logistics preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee dispatch supervisor team and coordinate employee work assignments
- Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of cabin cleaning services aligned with flight schedules
- Facilitate seamless communication between cleaning teams, flight crews, leadership, business partners, and other operational departments
- Monitor daily cleaning operations, identify and address issues promptly
- Track dispatch team performance, provide feedback, and implement training programs
- Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and incidents and report on operational metrics
- Manage cleaning team sizes and resource movements between terminals and remote areas
- Analyze and present key operational trends to UGE leaders and business partners
- Interview and train new dispatch team members
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
