Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in environmental services
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Friendly and professional demeanor

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to apply elementary math functions
- Ability to work well under time constraints
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Basic knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions
- Ability to work independently after training
- Maintain a friendly and efficient service attitude towards customers, co-workers and clients
Job Duties
- Assist management and supervisors at beginning and end of shift with sign-in, supplies and equipment sign out and sign in
- Assist shift operation in preparation and delivery of supplies to meet employees’ needs
- Perform overall assessment of public restrooms and on-call rooms as needed
- Adhere to all departmental sanitation procedures
- Report employee issues including safety, injuries and disciplinary matters
- Supervise staff assignments to ensure efficient and quality cleaning services
- Formulate action plans to correct inefficiencies and quality discrepancies
- Assist in employee training, coaching and motivation
- Maintain accurate record keeping for quality control systems
- Adhere to established systems and training programs for a safe working environment
- Comply with OSHA and other government regulations
- Maintain compliance with Aramark’s standards of operation and client contracts
- Maintain records and reports necessary for compliance with standards, regulations and codes
