Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a cleaning position preferred
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and other tools
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of safety protocols in cleaning operations
Job Duties
- Clean employee and public guest restrooms including locker rooms by swabbing toilets and urinals with proper chemicals and sanitizers inside and out
- Clean stall dividers, doors, wall tiles, polish towel and tissue dispensers, mirrors, and all metal and chrome surfaces
- Empty and clean ashtrays, wash basins, vanity areas, dust chair and stool legs, tops, fronts, and sides of lockers
- Dust air vents, grills, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
- Sweep and mop floors, pick up debris from floors and benches
- Remove gum from floors and carpeted areas, vacuum carpeted areas
- Refill soap, toilet paper, toilet seat covers, paper towels, and other dispensing machines
- Clean casino and public spaces by pan and broom carpeted areas including edging, vacuum all carpeted areas
- Dust and polish stools, brass and chrome tables, chairs, machine fronts, signage, wall hangings, statues, art, and furnishings
- Dust air vents and grills
- Clean and wipe down walls and ledges
- Empty ash trays and garbage receptacles
- Mop non-carpeted floor areas
- Dust artificial plants
- Remove gum from floors and carpeted areas
- Reposition furniture as necessary with proper safety signage
- Clean offices and maintain the cleanliness and physical appearance of public areas, restrooms, casino, lounges, restaurants, arcade, bowling center, employee areas, cafeteria, offices, restrooms according to established standards
- Report all maintenance issues
