Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including mopping and sweeping
- willingness to work variable shifts and weekends
- ability to work onsite at the Pasadena hospital facility
- pass medical screenings and background checks
- adherence to hospital policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning and housekeeping
- familiarity with environmental services and custodial duties
- ability to perform mopping and sweeping tasks
- willingness to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to work the assigned 2 PM to 10:30 PM shift
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and infection control protocols
Job Duties
- Perform general discharges and cleaning of patient rooms, common areas, halls, and restrooms
- conduct terminal cleaning in designated areas
- work in surgical areas and other high-risk areas where patients received treatment
- mop and sweep floors
- adhere to hospital health and safety standards
- participate in medical screenings
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to protocols
