Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in environmental services or housekeeping is advantageous
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide cleaning and other services to assigned areas within Baptist Health Lexington as directed by EVS management
- Clean patient rooms, offices, waiting areas, and meeting rooms following department policies
- Sanitize and maintain hospital environments to meet quality standards
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to appropriate hospital staff
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
