Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within hotel, housekeeping, and/or hospitality
  • Prior leadership experience within hospitality and/or guest service operations
  • Must be available to work the graveyard shift of 11pm-8am including weekends and holidays

  • Prior leadership experience in hospitality and/or guest service operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance protocols
  • Availability to work the graveyard shift including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervising a team of Environmental Services Porters including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Overseeing daily operations through regular inspections, team briefings, and communication updates
  • Providing ongoing support through individual coaching sessions, disciplinary guidance, and ensuring compliance and safety training completion
  • Promoting a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Providing leadership and support to uphold departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Managing employee inquiries and guest concerns professionally while maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Coordinating property maintenance needs with Facilities and preparing detailed end-of-shift reports
  • Assisting department leadership with administrative and operational functions
