Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within hotel, housekeeping, and/or hospitality
- Prior leadership experience within hospitality and/or guest service operations
- Must be available to work the graveyard shift of 11pm-8am including weekends and holidays

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety and compliance protocols
- Availability to work the graveyard shift including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervising a team of Environmental Services Porters including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
- Overseeing daily operations through regular inspections, team briefings, and communication updates
- Providing ongoing support through individual coaching sessions, disciplinary guidance, and ensuring compliance and safety training completion
- Promoting a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
- Providing leadership and support to uphold departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
- Managing employee inquiries and guest concerns professionally while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Coordinating property maintenance needs with Facilities and preparing detailed end-of-shift reports
- Assisting department leadership with administrative and operational functions
