Job Duties
- Abide by and enforce casino and department policies and procedures
- assists in hiring new employees, training and providing them with cleaning checklists
- maintains a high level of guest service
- assists with the cleaning of all inside casino offices, bathrooms, and casino floor areas
- ensures proper training with the use of chemicals and cleaning tools and devices
- answers service calls when necessary
- perform other duties as assigned
- completes schedule to cover all company needs
- responsible for covering extra shifts when scheduled employees are absent
