Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in environmental services or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for long periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
- Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
- Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Sweep, mop, vacuum carpets, and clean other type of floor surfaces
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in all areas
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
