Job Requirements
- Able to sit, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
- ascending/descending stairs and ladders regularly required
- required to move heavy equipment weighing up to 20 lbs. frequently
- uniform shirts are provided and must be worn during work hours
- must be willing to commute to Radnor, PA
- COVID vaccination required
- physical examination required upon hire
- PPD (TB test) required upon hire
- blood draw to check for antibodies for measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox, hepatitis B required upon hire
- pre-employment medical training required
Job Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is highly preferred but not mandatory
- strong interpersonal skills
- able to follow spoken and written instructions
- able to work without direct supervision
- reliable, highly organized, attentive to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking and professional
- able to multi-task work, perform well under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
- valid driver's license
- proficiency in English
- Spanish language skills a plus
Job Duties
- Sweeps, mops, and/or vacuums all floors daily
- follows all safety policies and procedures
- maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
- completes any reports or logs
- reports equipment malfunctions, injuries, and accidents to the supervisor
- performs other duties as assigned
- cleans, details, and refills supplies for all assigned areas of the facility as needed, including common areas and offices
- collects trash and recyclables from trash rooms and disposes into dumpsters
- performs janitorial work to ensure cleanliness of all areas such as removing litter from public areas and emptying trash
