Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma GED or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma GED or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper use
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred three years of supervisory experience in a high-volume property
- Prior experience in a resort or casino environment
Job Duties
- Supervise EVS attendants and porters assigning duties and inspecting work for quality and compliance
- Conduct daily inspections of public spaces offices stairwells hallways and VIP areas
- Coordinate and inspect preventative maintenance and general cleaning projects
- Submit and follow up on work orders with the Facilities Department
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings with EVS team members
- Investigate guest or staff complaints related to EVS services and implement corrective action
- Train and monitor new hires ensuring safe and effective performance within regulatory guidelines
