Job Requirements
- must have availability to attend an 8-business day orientation from 8am to 4pm without interruptions
- prior evs experience in a medical setting/environment is required
- background check and drug screen
- must be able to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, lift and move intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- valid hs diploma/ged required
- previous environmental services / house keeper experience in a medical environment required
- ability to maintain sanitation and infection control standards
- familiarity with safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals
- capacity to follow safety protocols diligently
- strong attention to detail in cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- maintains facility in a sanitary and infection-free condition
- responsible for daily disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable materials
- must handle various cleaning solvents and chemicals in accordance with established safety regulations
- uses safety precautions in all housekeeping services
- assists with housekeeping duties as necessary or assigned
- performs all other duties as required or assigned
