Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- previous cleaning or EVS experience preferred
- resort or casino experience strongly preferred
- knowledge of cleaning products and appropriate applications
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong time management and organizational skills
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification
- ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
- valid driver's license preferred

Job Duties
- Practice, support, and uphold the mission, vision, and values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC
- maintain a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and proper usage
- assemble and prepare necessary materials and supplies from the storeroom
- clean assigned areas including furnishings, equipment, and floors using approved solutions and disinfectants
- perform heavy-duty and high-maintenance cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- complete deep carpet cleaning in offices, guest areas, and back-of-house spaces
- comply with all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and safety regulations
- perform all cleaning assignments in a timely and efficient manner
- return equipment to the storeroom and ensure all tools are cleaned after use
- properly dispose of or place soiled rags and mops in designated areas
- report mechanical issues or unsafe conditions through proper maintenance request procedures
- assist with training new team members as needed
- demonstrate outstanding guest service and positive team member relations at all times
- maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- attend required meetings and training sessions
- perform other duties as assigned
