Job Requirements
- must be 19 years of age or older
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- previous experience in custodial, janitorial, or related cleaning roles
- knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and proper usage
- ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification
- valid driver's license
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent physical activity

Job Duties
- practice, support, and uphold the mission, vision, and values of warhorse gaming lincoln
- maintain working knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and equipment
- assemble necessary materials and supplies from storage areas before each shift
- perform cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including furnishings, fixtures, and flooring, using appropriate solutions and disinfectants
- conduct heavy-duty carpet and floor cleaning in offices, guest areas, and back-of-house locations
- clean high-maintenance areas and equipment during scheduled times, including post-closing hours
- safely operate and maintain cleaning machines and related tools
- return all equipment and materials to storage areas upon completion of work
- clean and properly store equipment, rags, and mops in designated areas
- report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or mechanical failures promptly to a supervisor
- assist in training and mentoring new team members
- attend periodic meetings and required training sessions
- maintain compliance with all departmental and company safety, internal control, and regulatory standards
- demonstrate outstanding customer service and professionalism at all times
- maintain a clean and professional appearance in accordance with company policy
- perform other duties as assigned
