Job Requirements

Must be 21 or older
Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Must enjoy hosting others
Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
General knowledge of chemicals, shampoos, strippers and wax preferred
Working knowledge of heavy-duty equipment
Previously held a position as cleaner or equivalent
Must be able to pass background check
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality
Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Previous janitorial experience preferred
Proven guest service skills and experience
Proven leadership skills
A role model who leads by example
Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet
Must be able to navigate multiple computer programs
Excellent oral communication skills

Job Duties

Responsible for fostering a fun environment
Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
Ability to use internal radio & earpiece to communicate to team
Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program
Strip and wax floors and clean base boards
Vacuum and shampoo all carpeted areas
Power wash all bathrooms
Ensure proper storage of cleaning products in all EVS designated areas
Use extractor equipment, floor scrubbers, shampoo machines, polishing machines, special vacuum cleaners and scrubbers
Move office equipment and items as directed
Clean interior and exterior windows
High degree of customer contact
Clean signage, light fixtures, vents, decorative greenery, railings, artwork and elevators
Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and approved chemicals to safely clean biohazardous materials, ensuring the safety of both guests and personnel
Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations
Other duties, as needed to maintain a safe, clean workplace
