Job Requirements
- must be 21 or older
- must have high school diploma or GED
- must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- must enjoy hosting others
- must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
- excellent oral communication skills
- general knowledge of chemicals, shampoos, strippers and wax preferred
- working knowledge of heavy-duty equipment
- ability to work at heights up to 40 feet
- previously held a position as cleaner or equivalent
- previous janitorial experience preferred
- proven guest service skills and experience
- proven leadership skills
- must be able to navigate multiple computer programs
- must be able to pass background check
- must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality
- must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- foster a fun environment
- be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- use internal radio and earpiece to communicate to team
- ensure interactions with guests follow ACES Service Program guidelines
- strip and wax floors and clean base boards
- vacuum and shampoo all carpeted areas
- power wash all bathrooms
- ensure proper storage of cleaning products
- use extractor equipment, floor scrubbers, shampoo machines, polishing machines, special vacuum cleaners and scrubbers
- move office equipment and items as directed
- clean interior and exterior windows
- maintain high degree of customer contact
- clean signage, light fixtures, vents, decorative greenery, railings, artwork and elevators
- utilize appropriate PPE and approved chemicals to safely clean biohazardous materials
- comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations
- perform other duties as needed to maintain a safe, clean workplace
