Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months or more of prior general cleaning experience
- availability to work swing shift hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physical cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
- ability to respond promptly to guest needs
- reliable punctuality and attendance
Job Qualifications
- Six months or more of general cleaning experience
- experience in a five-star or five-diamond resort preferred
- ability to work swing shift hours from 4:00 p.m. to 12:45 a.m., Friday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Sweep and remove wrappers, broken glass, and debris from the floor
- clean and dust slot machines, including the areas between machines and their bases
- remove scuff marks, drink spills, and address biohazard areas
- vacuum assigned stations, moving chairs and objects for thorough cleaning
- empty trash, clean bathrooms, toilets, and replace missing items as needed
- ensure all cleaning equipment is returned to the department and report any malfunctioning equipment
- replenish supplies when necessary and respond to guest challenges promptly to ensure satisfaction
