Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or up to one month of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- prefer previous experience cleaning commercial property
- ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
- stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
- occasionally climb or balance and smell
- must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions
- must have good written and oral communication and organizational skills
- must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
- must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming’s auto insurance carrier
- regular exposure to moving mechanical parts
- occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, extreme cold and risk of electrical shock
- employee could be exposed to an environment containing unrestricted secondhand tobacco smoke

- ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
- must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming’s auto insurance carrier
Job Duties
- Maintains general cleaning of the entire casino, front of house bar areas and public space of the facility, excluding kitchens
- cleans all offices and public restrooms
- transports all trash
- cleans up after all special events
- maintains front entry way and Porte Cochere
- reports any problems to EVS Shift Supervisor
- adheres to all company, department policies, procedures and safety standards
- exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow teammates
- performs any and all duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager
