ability to work with chemicals
excellent guest service skills
valid California Driver's License
must be 21 or older
ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen
background investigation
ability to obtain and maintain gaming license

skill in use of cleaning tools, chemicals, cleaners, and disinfectants
ability to ensure high level of customer service for employees and visitors

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of public areas and gaming areas including the Event Center
sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors
dust furniture
clean public and gaming areas and administrative offices
wash windows, walls, and mirrors
clean, sanitize, and deodorize restrooms
replace soap and paper products
empty and clean waste receptacles and ashtrays
dispose of trash appropriately
vacuum and shampoo carpets
strip, wax, and buff floors
clean vents and reachable light fixtures
replace light bulbs reachable without usage of a lift
notify management concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, ventilating and equipment
maintain equipment and custodial supplies and replenish as needed
remove litter from grounds when required
maintain indoor entrances, steps and hallways
maintain good communication with co-workers and maintain a positive and professional work environment
attend and participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings
contribute to a team effort and accomplish related results as required
perform cleaning tasks in the Casino as assigned
ensure cleanliness of all ceilings, walls, vents at front of house, and office areas
ensure cleanliness of floors, carpet, and upholstery throughout Casino
ensure cleanliness of windows, dust furniture, pick up paper and trash from floors, polish slot machines, clean public and employee restrooms, clean out ash trays, dump trash cans, vacuum, and sweep or polish floors
work special events including bingo set-up and tear down
report any safety concerns or necessary repairs in a timely manner
may operate company vehicles or equipment as assigned
perform other duties as required
