Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Non-Gaming License
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and reach frequently
- Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm in daily tasks
- Engage with guests courteously offering assistance and using polite phrases
- Actively participate in company or departmental events and respond promptly to service calls
- Maintain effective communication via radio with other departments
- Display willingness to work outside assigned areas showing pride in work
- Perform various cleaning tasks including wiping surfaces, dusting, and trash disposal
- Ensure cleanliness of restrooms including cleaning fixtures and replenishing supplies
