Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-gaming license
- proficiency with a smartphone that can run company applications and communication systems
- ability to work various hours including weekends and holidays
- capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds frequently
- good interpersonal and guest service skills
- preference given to qualifying Santa Ana Tribal Members

Job Duties
- Interacts effectively with casino hotel guests and team members
- performs excellent customer service at all times
- cleans property floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- moves or pushes furniture in order to sweep or mop underneath
- cleans various venues and outlets throughout the property
- gathers and empties wastebaskets
- deep cleans wastebaskets as needed
- services, cleans, restocks and supplies property restrooms
- dusts slot machines, furniture, walls, and equipment
- cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using the required cleaning supplies and chemicals
- sweeps stairwells and cleans elevators
- ensures that all cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment are used per the manufacturer’s instructions
- reports any hazardous conditions or broken equipment immediately to the supervisor
- advises management of repairs or supply shortages in assigned areas and is accountable for cleanliness and overall condition of assigned area
- complies with established safety precautions when using equipment and supplies
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and adheres to all MSDS safety procedures
- performs other duties as assigned
