Job Description

Eagle Mountain Casino is a premier gaming and entertainment establishment committed to providing an exceptional experience for its guests. Located in a vibrant and dynamic environment, the casino offers a variety of gaming options, dining venues, and entertainment activities designed to captivate and engage visitors. As part of the Tule River Tribe’s gaming operations, Eagle Mountain Casino blends cultural heritage with modern amenities, creating a unique atmosphere for both guests and employees. The casino promotes a collaborative and supportive workplace, emphasizing the importance of service excellence and operational integrity.

The role of a member of the Environmental Services (EVS) team at Eagle Mountain Casino is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the facility. This position focuses on ensuring that all areas, including restrooms, offices, and break rooms, are kept clean and inviting for guests and staff alike. The EVS team member is responsible for a broad range of cleaning duties and must possess a strong commitment to health and safety standards. This role requires frequent interaction with the public in a high-energy, fast-paced casino environment, necessitating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

As part of the team, the EVS member plays a crucial role in supporting the casino’s smooth operations by disposing of waste, refilling dispensers, and performing regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards. The position demands physical stamina for tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, spot cleaning carpets, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Being certified in all required training programs, including those related to the safe use of cleaning chemicals and compliance with health and safety regulations, is mandatory.

The job involves working in an environment characterized by moderate to high noise levels, flashing lights, and the occasional presence of smoke, typical of a lively casino floor. Candidates must be able to navigate this setting safely and efficiently. Additionally, because the casino requires compliance with gaming regulations, applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission and hold a valid driver’s license insurable under the casino’s policies.

This full-time position offers an opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in team-oriented environments and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. Joining the Eagle Mountain Casino team means becoming part of a respected tribal operation that values diversity, safety, and professionalism in every aspect of its business operations. The company provides a supportive culture with opportunities for ongoing training and career development within the gaming and hospitality industry.
