Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- 3-6 months related experience preferred
- bilingual preferred
- excellent guest service and communication skills
- able to obtain or maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs
- exposure to casino-related environmental factors such as bright lights excessive noise human bodily fluids and bio-chemicals

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness across assigned areas such as restrooms gaming floors dining spaces and back-of-house areas
- sweep mopping vacuuming and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a sanitary environment
- monitor restroom hygiene replenish supplies and sanitize fixtures for guest comfort
- maintain cleaning equipment adhere to safety protocols and document tasks and issues encountered during shifts
- perform other assigned duties to support overall operations effectively
