Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, and kneel regularly
- Ability to work in noisy, bright, smoky, and dusty environments
- Successful completion of pre-employment process
- Must have or be able to obtain gaming license or registration
- Ability to maintain professional courteous demeanor with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- Gaming license or registration as required by jurisdiction
- Familiarity with hazardous material and MSDS procedures
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate courteously with guests and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays
- Team player mindset
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing
Job Duties
- Keep all public and designated back of the house areas free of debris
- Clean and sanitize back of house and public areas in casino as directed
- Remove and dispose of trash from all trash receptacles and replace liners in public and back of house areas
- Keep all public and back of house restrooms clean and stocked
- Clean all floor and wall tile areas in casino as directed
- Polish all metal surfaces
- Vacuum all carpeted areas public and back of house
- Dust, polish, and generally clean all public and back of house areas in the casino
- Sweep and mop stairwells
- Clean all slot machines including glass, wood and veneer surfaces
- Clean elevators, elevator tracks, and elevator foyers
- Notify supervisor of any shortages needing ordering such as chemicals or equipment
- Refill chemical stations and bottles
- Clean all glass and mirrored surfaces and windows
- Complete any extra duties as assigned by management or supervisor
- Perform all other duties as assigned
