Job Requirements
- Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, and excessive noise
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in a tightly-quartered environment
- Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in a food service, operations, or warehousing environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions
- Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to work well in a high stress, fast paced environment
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the primary languages of guests
- Technology aptitude for data input and automated inventory systems
- Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs
- Valid driver’s license and certification for use of Cushman cart or forklift
Job Duties
- Support event and warehouse operations by performing tasks in receiving, inventory, delivery, and organizing as directed by warehouse supervisor or manager
- Ensure that all standards for safety and sanitation are maintained
- Contribute to goal of 100% customer satisfaction through personal commitment to internal customer service
- Operate forklift, electric cart, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized work environment
- Assist with unloading, storing, and distributing food products, retail merchandise, and other supplies
- Adhere strictly to Sodexo Live! standards and venue policies
