Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of sales experience preferably in entertainment or hospitality
  • ability to work weekends and evening shifts
  • strong phone etiquette
  • self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • excellent time management skills
  • ability to attend community events
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

  • ability to multitask and manage numerous leads simultaneously

  • knowledge of community networking and prospecting techniques

Job Duties

  • Serve as first point of contact for guests looking to book events at the park
  • design custom event packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
  • conduct outbound prospecting to local organizations and groups to generate sales leads
  • attend local chamber of commerce and community events to promote brand awareness
  • respond promptly to all sales inquiries within one business day
  • work closely with park team to ensure excellent guest experience during events
  • maintain positive relationships leading to repeat business and referrals
