Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a business casual environment
  • Strong organizational and networking skills
  • Must be a self-starter with a go-getter attitude
  • Reliable transportation to attend local events and networking opportunities

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests planning group events
  • Design customized event packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
  • Build relationships with local organizations through outbound prospecting
  • Attend community and chamber events to drive brand awareness and event business
  • Respond to all leads promptly within the same or next business day
  • Collaborate with park teams to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Actively participate in personal development and team support
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support park needs
