Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- strong computer literacy and phone skills
- self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
- must be able to respond to leads within one business day

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and local organizations
- design and sell customized event packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- prospect for new business through community networking and attending local events
- follow up timely with all leads to ensure high conversion rates
- collaborate with park staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- maintain and update sales records and event bookings
- support team members and co-leadership in driving store financial success
