Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with phone and computer applications
- must be able to multi-task effectively
- willingness to attend local networking events
- reliable transportation to attend off-site events
- ability to work in a business casual environment
Job Qualifications
- outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong multitasking and computer skills
- passion for sales and delivering memorable guest experiences
- experience in sales or customer service preferred
- ability to build relationships and network effectively
- knowledge of group market segments such as SMERF a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- eagerness to learn and develop new sales skills
Job Duties
- serve as first point of contact for guests seeking event services
- design customized event packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- prospect and build relationships with local organizations and groups
- attend community and chamber events to increase brand awareness
- respond promptly to leads and inquiries
- collaborate with park team to ensure excellent event execution
- follow up with guests post-event to ensure satisfaction
