- previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work weekends and evening shifts

Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for guests planning group events
- design tailored packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- build relationships with local organizations through outbound prospecting
- attend community and chamber events to increase brand awareness
- promptly respond to all sales leads within one business day
- work closely with park team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- represent the Urban Air brand with energy and enthusiasm
