Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in sales or customer-facing role preferred
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible shifts
- strong organizational and time management skills
- must be outgoing and enthusiastic
- ability to travel locally for community events
- reliable transportation

Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for guests planning group events
- design event packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- conduct outbound prospecting to connect with local organizations
- attend chamber and community events to promote brand awareness
- respond promptly to all leads within one business day
- work collaboratively with park team to ensure excellent guest experiences
- follow up with guests post-event to confirm satisfaction
