Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests planning events
- Design customized food, drink, and attraction packages for various groups
- Conduct outbound prospecting to build connections with local organizations
- Attend chamber and community events to promote brand awareness
- Respond promptly to leads within the same or next business day
- Collaborate with park team to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Follow up with customers post-event to ensure satisfaction
