Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work weekends and evening shifts
Reliable transportation
Proficiency with phone and computer communication tools
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced family entertainment environment

Job Qualifications

Previous sales or customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong organizational and computer skills
Outgoing and personable demeanor
Willingness to learn and develop new sales techniques

Job Duties

Serve as the first point of contact for guests and organizations
Design customized event packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
Conduct outbound prospecting to build relationships with local organizations
Attend community events and chambers of commerce to promote the Urban Air brand
Respond promptly to all sales leads and inquiries
Collaborate with the park team to ensure excellent guest experience during events
Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to drive repeat business and referrals
