Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and evening shifts
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and networking
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and personable with strong networking skills
- Proficiency in phone and computer systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Passion for working in the family entertainment industry
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests
- Design and sell customized event packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- Prospect and connect with local organizations through outbound efforts
- Attend community and chamber events to increase brand awareness
- Respond promptly to leads and follow up to secure bookings
- Collaborate with park team to ensure excellent guest experience
- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment
- Actively contribute to personal development and team success
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the park operations
