Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of event management or tradeshow program experience
- ability to travel at least 60% of the time

- ability to lead teams and manage vendors
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years managing tradeshow and event programs
- proven experience overseeing trade show logistics and event coordination
- demonstrated success running multiple events simultaneously
- experience in health and wellness industry preferred
- aptitude for design and fabrication collaboration preferred
- experience managing vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- excellent written and verbal communication
- high organization and attention to detail
- ability to build strong relationships

Job Duties
- Manage and oversee events calendar and partnership events
- manage timelines, budgets, logistics, vendors, booth assets, on-site team coordination, and post-event reporting
- assemble and break down booth activations
- manage event staffing based on needs
- build and maintain event strategy and planning
- negotiate contracts and reconcile post-event costs
