  • Working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Experience in new business development preferred
  • Experience consulting, managing, and setting up VIP guest visits preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the full lifecycle of consumer, community, corporate, and leisure events
  • Oversee flawless execution of VIP visits
  • Implement the events portion of the Homeplace strategic plan including lead management and vendor relationships
  • Foster fiscal year growth by increasing event volume and sales
  • Deliver world-class customer service with personalized and proactive communication
  • Develop and maintain understanding of focus brands and coordinate brand-specific events
  • Generate and follow up on event leads and build strategic community partnerships
  • Manage and utilize CRM/CMS to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business
  • Participate in professional development and support team growth
  • Collaborate across teams to evolve event programming aligned with key brand initiatives
